1. Scope
These terms apply to the Pano software (“Pano”) and related services, provided by webberz (Özdemir Kadir, sole proprietorship), Wegenstrasse 2, 9436 Balgach, Switzerland (“we”). By installing or using Pano you accept them.
2. Account, trial and free version
Using Pano requires signing in with an email address (one-time code, no password). Every plan starts with a 14-day trial of all features, once per account, without payment. Afterwards Pano keeps working free of charge as Pano Free, which shows the 30 most recent clips from the last 24 hours and includes search, filters, the protection of passwords and secrets, and expiring and paste-once clips. Older clips are hidden, not deleted.
3. Licenses
- A license belongs to one person and their email address and may be used on up to three devices at the same time. It may not be shared, resold or rented.
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions include all features, and future sync and iOS features when they become available.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase that includes all future versions and updates of Pano for Mac and Windows for as long as we offer Pano. There are no paid upgrades for new major versions. Sync and the iOS app are not included; they are part of the subscriptions only.
- Pano is licensed, not sold. All rights in the software stay with us.
4. Purchase and payment
Purchases are made through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments) and is your contractual partner for the payment; its terms apply to the payment process. Prices are shown before the purchase and include VAT where applicable.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal (Settings → License → Manage subscription). The subscription then stays active until the end of the paid period; afterwards Pano switches to the free version. Your data is not deleted.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The free 14-day trial lets you try all of Pano before you pay. Before buying in the app, you tick a box that is not ticked by default: you ask for Pano to be unlocked immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends with that (relevant for consumers in the EU). We store this consent with the purchase and repeat it in the purchase confirmation.
Once Pano is unlocked, there is therefore no entitlement to a refund, except where the law provides one. Goodwill refunds are still possible at our discretion: if something isn't right after your purchase, write to hello@getpano.app and we will look at your case personally. Monthly and Yearly can be cancelled at any time (section 5); the subscription runs until the end of the paid period, and there is no entitlement to a pro-rata refund.

7. Updates and availability
We improve Pano continuously and may change, add or remove features, as long as the core purpose of a paid license is kept. Activating and renewing licenses needs our license server; Pano keeps working offline for at least 14 days between checks.
8. Acceptable use
You may not circumvent the license check, reverse engineer Pano beyond what the law allows, or use our services to harm others.
9. Warranty and liability
Pano is provided as is. We do our best to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. [REVIEW AGAINST SWISS CO AND EU CONSUMER LAW]
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is [CITY], Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
